Getting Started

Once We've Accepted Your Application, We Need You To Complete These 7 Steps

1) Send your logo (if you have one) and pictures by email of the staff and services - we design the site colors to be compatible with the logo and pics (if you don't have pics to send we can start with stock photos, but actual pictures from you would be better)

2) Send as much written info about the staff and services as possible

3) If you have one, send us your 'domain name' and the login info at the place you registered your domain name so we can change it to point to your new website (or do it yourself if you know how, so it points to 216.211.138.199 ). If you can't afford/don't want a domain name (we aren't a domain name registrar) we can offer a free one in this format:

http: // [your organization name here] dot hqters dot com (example only)

4) send us the email you want the website's contact form to use, so visitors can send you questions, requests, feedback (your email is hidden, so spammers do not get ahold of it)

5) If you want to accept donations, and don't already have an online payment system account, get a PayPal donation account at PayPal.com (free, then PayPal takes 2-3% of each donation as a fee)

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Marketing/merchant/PayPalNonProfits-outside&nav=2.0.6

We can set up the 'Donate' button for you if you give us your PayPal login info (you can change the password after we login to get the needed button code), or you can generate the button code yourself and send it to us via email. We can also set up donate links/buttons for other services like PayPal if you send us the code.

6) Send us the username and password you'd like to use for your admin access

7) To track website traffic and analyze which pages are most popular, sign up for a free gmail account and let us know your new gmail email address. Here is the link to get your free email account from Google:
