There are many great online survey options out there, but not many online marketing research options, especially for smaller company budgets.
We will soon be launching an online survey/marketing research web service (which will include online surveys of course) that will eliminate the statistical complexity for non-researchers, but allow advanced options for seasoned market researchers. We also plan to allow licensing of the online product to firms wishing to have their own customized version for their own clients' projects.
By 'partnering' with market research consultants that we trust, we plan on offering users the option of working with a partner to achieve results not covered by our own service (focus groups, advanced qualitative analysis, etc).
